| This piece is a living memorial in the community for a child who died. It is sited on top of a hill that commands a dramatic 180 degree vista. The inside of the Circular Tower is shaped as an amphitheater with seating around a glass rock which is illuminated from below.
|
| This place engages children's fantasies of castles and provides a setting for story tellers to weave their stories. The memorial fund is paying for an active story program, administered by the local library. |

 Glass Rock |
The lighting of the rock is powered by a photovoltaic solar collector that operates on a timer. After sundown, the rock starts to glow. |
